Vehicle Shipping to Other International Destinations

This is the preferred method for shipping high value vehicles and classic cars. We can collect your car from any UAE address or you can opt to save some costs and deliver to our nominated depot. Alternatively we can arrange to deliver the container to your home and the container delivery vehicle will unload the container to ground level to enable the loading of the car. Whichever method you choose, our loading team will securely strap your vehicle into position to ensure safe passage whilst on its journey.

(A) Car Shipping in Containers

When using LCL shipping services, you need not worry about returning the container after delivery. Because you are sharing the container, it is the concern of the shipping container service company, which is likely to have return trips booked for that LCL container. Shippers using LCL need to be concerned only about the load being shipped and nothing else.

(B) Car Shipping in RORO Carriers

This will be a more cost effective way to ship your car to other destinations. Ro-Ro ships are designed solely to carry cars. Motorbikes, buses, trucks, tanks in fact anything that is on wheels. All vehicles are secured in the ship under cover away from the elements. All vehicles must be in full working order and able to be driven by the loading team. You may not load the vehicle with any other goods – only the car, spare wheel and any other items that are standard to the car. Roll-on/roll-off (RORO) ships are vessels designed to carry wheeled cargo, such as automobiles, trucks, semi-trailer trucks, trailers, and railroad cars that are driven on and off the ship on their own wheels. This is in contrast to lift-on/lift-off (LOLO) vessels, which use a crane to load and unload cargo.

RORO vessels have built-in ramps that allow the cargo to be efficiently rolled on and off the vessel when in port. While smaller ferries that operate across rivers and other short distances often have built-in ramps, the term RORO is generally reserved for larger oceangoing vessels. The ramps and doors may be stern-only, or bow and stern for quick loading.

Before shipping any automobiles overseas, it is strongly advisable that you check the customs duties, laws, and requirements for your chosen destination. Find out what your responsibility is before your goods are shipped. Every country import regulations varies, and different laws will be applicable
